Step Into December: Walk a Mile a Day for Parkinson's

Looking for a way to stay active, do some good, and spread a little festive cheer this December?

Join our Mile a Day Challenge and help us raise vital funds to support people living with Parkinson’s. From the 1st to the 24th of December, we’re asking you to walk one mile a day - as little as 20 minutes of movement that can make a world of difference.

Our small UK charity works tirelessly to fund life-enhancing activities like dance classes, art therapy, and even boxing sessions.

These programmes aren’t just hobbies - they’re proven to improve motor skills, mental wellbeing, and quality of life for people with Parkinson’s. Plus, they provide a much-needed opportunity to socialise, connect, and get out of the house.

By taking part, you’ll be helping us deliver more of these projects to the people who need them most.
